Bradenton, Florida — A huge hammerhead shark was seen chasing and feeding on a tarpon off Bean Point at Anna Maria Island.

Aaron Smock was only a few hundred yards off the beach when he saw the shark on May 5. The shark is about 12 feet long and caught a free swimming tarpon.
