Here is a embarrassing story – I put one of our guides incharge of relining all our rods and conditioning gear before he came .We wanted to make sure everything was tight azz!! This was a huge deal to me , I am a big fan of PinkFloyd . So on the first day I am watching Roger catch a few, it was windy I was guiding his buddy. From a distance it didn’t look right because his form was #spoton and the cast wasn’t shooting . After a hour we met up on the flats . Roger handed me the #flyrod and said “ whoever put this rod together , I don’t want to meet them, see them or Fish with them “. The 8# line was on the reel backwards!!!! . Not the best way to start a week of fishing . He still caught seven #bonefish that morning with that rod. we ended up having a great week but jeeesh! . If you ever get the chance to #gofish the south and middle Caicos island region of the #turksandcaicos it can be #unrealfishing #airboat only and all #wadefishing . we all make mistakes .
