On this @barracudatackle bait report, we head to Vero Beach Florida to visit @captstevebeare of On Island Time Charters to check out the mullet run. Although the migrations seemed to not yet be in full swing, Captain Beare still salvaged a great day chumming up pilchards on the flats with @bocacoast chum and filling the live well. Targeting seawalls and mangrove shorelines where large jacks and snook were corralling the small mullet schools that were around, Captain Beare managed to catch some large jacks, slot snook and jump a tarpon using the bait that was available.
