Raymond Martin says: I modified 80 inches of 5-1/4″ wide outrigger extrusion to make a unique crossmember for where the top attaches to the pilot house. I ripped the material lengthwise on the table saw, crowned it to match the profile of the pilot house, and finally, coped the ends and welded it in place: #anodizedaluminum #marinefabrication #skifflife #skiff #weldporn #welding #lowcountry #parkerboats #crab #crabber #whitebootbrotherhood #overhead

Filler rod ?
Hey @dugfab4130, I always use 5356 1/8 filler. Works well and has similar strength and corrosion properties as the base metal.
