Capt Ron says: Did a little decorating for Christmas for my 85 yo Dad… It’s nothing extravagant but just enough to help get him into the season, It gets harder and harder every year it seems to be looking forward to Holidays especially such as Christmas after the loss of so many Family and friends In the last few years , We lost My Sister Valerie who passed unexpectedly from Breast Cancer and was the most humble hearted most selfless sister and friend that cared only about others especially making sure her children had even if she did not and in less then a year my Younger Brother Robbie from cancer a true friend and Brother that Never knew a stranger and would give his last breath to anyone that needed it and then 6 months later My Precious Mom who died partly of a broken heart from losing two of her children in such a short and unexpected time ,She was the Matriarch of our large family and held us all together and showed us all what Family is all about and My Oldest Sister Brenda to cancer, She was the most self sufficient strong hearted women and sister anyone could have in their corner so as you can tell Life is Beautiful and Mean all into one , So Live each and every day knowing our times are limited and there are no do overs and Tell and show anyone you care about that You Love them and hug them like today is the last day you will be with them on this earth before it’s too late.. @southerndudeva im covered in tattoes and look the way i look but doesnt mean when the heart is brocken we cant talk about it friend. There is no shame in that not even one percent. We lost our dog and i didnt even care how i would sound to others. The true meaning of a real person is just this. Reality being true and knowing what pain is. You have alot on your shoulders and you need to stop for a minute and let it out. Thank you for sharing your memories and your life with all of the people out here. Continue to do so as it will make you feel alot better inside.??

I can’t imagine losing family like that. My parents are both elderly and not in great health now. My heart breaks to see them dwindling away. They live within sight of me so I’m fortunate to be so near and spend so much time with them. My brothers are truly missing out on these memories. Hope you and your dad and family continue to heal and have a very nice Christmas. Memories are wonderful at this time of year!
