Everything Boston Whaler says: Yeah it’s been a while. Life and work have been taking it’s toll on my time but I am going to start regular posting again.

To start that off, here is Nathaniel’s brother’s 1964 16 Sakonnet. It’s such pretty boat. –

@everythingbostonwhaler I just rescued the same model from years of neglect. Any suggestions on restoration?

Strip the hull bare (leaving the rub rail), use a hot glue gun to immediately fill all holes, dawn in warm water w/scotchbright pads. Scrub. Rinse. Dry. Put everything back together cleaning and polishing as you go.

Probably one of the most beautiful Boston Whalers ever made! Always stood out with that incredible center console. Timeless!
